Yes! Our driving course is not only approved for statewide use in Florida by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, but it is also accepted by ALL Florida Courts. Take this course to eliminate the points from your driving record and avoid court appearances or insurance increases.

No need to panic, we are here to help! If you got a ticket in Florida, contact the court within 30 days of the due date and elect traffic school (BDI) so you may be eligible to dismiss your traffic ticket or moving violation. Court administrative fees may apply, in addition to the cost of the course. Our DHSMV-approved driver improvement course is what you need to eliminate points, avoid court, and prevent insurance increases. For insurance benefits, check with your provider, as the actual discount (usually lasting about three years) is determined by each company.

Yes. For one eligible violation, completion keeps points off your driving record and helps prevent insurance hikes.

Yes. The course prevents points from your record, but you must still pay the ticket fine and any court administrative fees.

You can elect traffic school once every 12 months, and no more than 5 times in your lifetime, under Florida law (F.S. 318.14).

You can take the 4-hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI) course to avoid points from a moving violation or traffic ticket once every 12 months, but only five times in your lifetime.

Unfortunately, per Florida state law, if you are a commercial driver license holder, you do not fit the requirement to attend traffic school or online traffic school, regardless of the type of vehicle being driven when ticketed. This class is for non-CDL (commercial license drivers) only. You can sign up for our Basic Driver Improvement course; however, this class has no bearing on your commercial driving record or insurance points.

Starting August 1, 2025, the State of Florida will only grant course credit for the Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education (TLSAE) course to students who are 18 years of age or older.

It’s 4 hours, split into six short chapters with quizzes after each.

Based on Florida DHSMV regulations, the BDI course is designed to provide 240 minutes of instruction (4 hours). However, our online curriculum is 3 hours and 15 minutes, which is all the reading time required before moving on to the quiz.

No. You can log in and out anytime. Your progress saves automatically across devices, so you can complete it all at once or in sections.

Not at all. A key benefit is that you can learn at your convenience. Log in and out as much as you want; our system always saves your progress so you can pick up where you left off.

Yes. The course works on phones, tablets, and computers—wherever you’re most comfortable learning.

Our Florida school and BDI course can be started at any time! Courses and support are available 24/7. After receiving a ticket, you have 30 days to pay your fine to the Clerk of Court, but it’s always better to act promptly.

Within 30 minutes of finishing. We can email it to you and electronically report completion to the DHSMV, your court, or insurer.

Instantly! Upon completion, if your information was entered correctly, you’ll receive a copy of your certificate online that you can print at any time.

Yes. We electronically report your completion so you don’t have to worry about paperwork.

As part of your all-inclusive course price, we’ll electronically report your completion to the Florida DHSMV immediately and provide you with a certificate (accepted by all courts) for your own records if court submission is required.

That’s fine—same-day reporting means you can finish and meet your court or DHSMV deadline without delay.

Yes you can! We report completions electronically right away. As long as you finish by 11:59 p.m. on your due date, we’ll ensure proper credit with FLHSMV and provide a certificate for court. You may start the 4-hour BDI course for ticket dismissal as late as 7:00 p.m. that evening!
