MyImprov's Ohio Defensive Driving Course is an all-inclusive online program designed to equip Ohio drivers with vital defensive driving skills, in-depth knowledge of traffic laws, and proven safe driving techniques. The course is strategically crafted to bolster road safety and reduce crashes and collisions.

This course can be taken for an auto insurance discount. Consult your auto insurance provider to determine your eligibility.

The course takes 8 hours to complete. Our thoughtfully designed self-paced structure empowers you to learn on your own terms. Feel free to log in and out as your schedule allows on any device that’s convenient, and rest assured that your progress will be seamlessly saved.

Depending on the nature of your violation and driving history, you may be eligible to dismiss a traffic ticket or reduce the points on your driver's license.

Check with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles or the relevant court to determine your eligibility.

Absolutely! We understand the dynamic nature of life. Our online format is thoughtfully designed to allow you to pause and take breaks as needed. You can easily pause your progress and then seamlessly pick up where you left off on any device, ensuring a convenient and efficient learning experience.

When you successfully complete the course, you'll be able to download your proof of completion. You'll be required to submit your certificate to the court handling your violation for ticket dismissal, point reduction, or your auto insurance company for a discount if you're eligible.

Typically, the option to undertake the course for point reduction is available once every three years. For accurate information regarding eligibility and course guidelines, we advise consulting with your auto insurance provider.
