You can take AZ Traffic School once every 12 months to dismiss a ticket. As long as it’s been 12 months from the CITATION DATE of your last ticket, then you are most likely eligible to take the course. We will officially confirm your eligibility before we charge you.
By taking this course, you will not receive points on your driving record and your insurance rates will not go up.
Enter your basic information in the express registration form, fill out the personal information screen (be sure you enter the correct citation due date and citation number), then enter your payment information. We will not charge you until we officially confirm your eligibility.
After you register, send us a copy of your Driver’s License and the front size of your ticket. (You can use text, email, or fax… whichever is most convenient for you.) Don’t worry if you don’t have the actual ticket! You can call the traffic court and ask them to fax it to us—they’re nice and we work with them to take care of it for you! Once we receive the required documents, we’ll contact you to start the course. You’ll be notified by email—be sure to check your spam folder!
We electronically report your completion to the courts once you pass the course and send court fees every Friday. You do not have to anything at all! You can download your proof of completion certificate for your records.
No, when you choose to start and finish is up to you! You can start the course whenever you like, then log out and back in as often as you like. Just remember to finish 7 days before your court due date. If this date has passed, you can CONTACT YOUR COURT and ask for an extension of time.
