The verification process for online traffic school can take up to 72 hours. Once you are approved, the Arizona course consists of a total of 240 minutes, with each chapter taking about 24 minutes. You have the flexibility to start the course at your convenience and continue where you left off by logging in again. It is even possible to complete the course in increments, such as one chapter per day. Our system will automatically save your progress, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Just remember to finish the course at least 7 days before your court due date. If the deadline has already passed, don't worry. You can contact your court and request an extension, giving you more time to complete the course.

At the end of each chapter, you'll take an easy three-question multiple-choice chapter review quiz. You have unlimited attempts to successfully complete these quizzes before progressing to the next chapter. There is also a three-question, multiple-choice review quiz at the end of the course. But don't worry, there is no minimum score required to pass.

Enrolling in this course will result in the dismissal of your citation, ensuring that you do not accumulate points on your driving record and your insurance rates remain unaffected.

Yes, our Arizona Defensive Driving course is accepted by the Supreme Court and all courts throughout the state of Arizona.

Most insurance companies accept our course for a discount on your insurance premium. Please contact your insurance company to see if you qualify for an insurance rate discount by taking an online Defensive Driving course. Once you verify that, you can go ahead and get started!

Simply enter your basic information in the express registration form, fill out the personal information form (be sure to enter the correct citation due date and citation number), then enter your payment information. We will not charge you until we officially confirm your eligibility which usually takes 24-72 hours. We offer expedited processing to review your eligibility to take the course the same day if you're near the 7 days before your court due date.

After you register, you'll send us a copy of your Driver’s License and the front side of your ticket. You can upload your documents directly to your account, text them to 1-818-788-5204, or email us at azdocs@myimprov.com, whichever is most convenient for you. Don’t worry if you don’t have the actual ticket! You can call the traffic court and ask them to fax or email it to us—they’re friendly, and we work with them to take care of it for you! Once we receive the required documents, we’ll contact you to start the course. You’ll be notified by email—be sure to check your spam folder.

We electronically report your completion to the courts once you pass the course and pay court fees on your behalf every Friday. You do not have to do anything at all! You can download your proof of completion certificate for your records.
