By electing to take the BDI course you will not receive points on your license. Also your insurance rates cannot go up and your policy cannot be canceled because of this violation (unless this involved a crash where you were at fault).

CAUTION: Our Course will cause laughter, learning and enjoyment.
Our typical course consists of 10 easy modules that you complete at your own pace, we estimate no more than 20-25 minutes per module.
You start with a short video, read supporting text, take a simple quiz on material covered. You can also print your text materials to review later or during the quiz.
Since all final quiz questions are covered in the course and supporting bullet review sections, less than 0.5% of our students don't pass it on the first try.
However, in the event you miss it on the first try we offer unlimited re-takes and you can always go back and review missed material.
Quiz questions are entirely based on the chapter material covered...and are multiple choice or true/false. And if you really need it you get multiple attemps. We yet to have a student who took our course fail the final quiz...
The course is designed for a 5th Grade comprehension level. Our goal is to provide you with a fun, simple and effective course that is very easy to complete.
Your citation number can be found on your ticket. It will be 4 numbers and 3 letters (i.e. 1234ABC) and will probably have an extra check digit after that.
You must pay the fees for your violation within 30 days. You can go directly to the County Clerks website to process your payment and elect traffic school http://www.myfloridaclerks.com
You must complete traffic school within 90 days from the date you paid your citation (may vary from court to court, please check with the court where you received your citation)
We offer various delivery options. Your course tuition includes regular mailing of your certificate. For your convenience, we also offer premium delivery services for an additional cost. Overnight delivery costs an additional $35.00 and will be shipped the day following your completion. Two-day express delivery costs $20.00 and will be shipped the day following your completion. If you live in a rural area, delivery delays may occur. You may also choose priority mail for an additional $6.00. You only need to pay for a premium delivery if you are against a deadline and can't get an extension to complete...otherwise it's FREE!
Our certificates are processed Monday-Friday at 12 Noon Pacific Standard Time. Users completing after 12 Noon will be processed the following business day. We ask you to allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Premium delivery services are available for an additional fee.
Time allowed for completion of courses and deadlines for submitting certificates of completion vary from court to court. We urge you to contact your court for this information to avoid taking this course and not receiving credit from the court.
Each state or court has specific requirements for the processing of certificates. In most cases, we send the certificate directly to the student. Each course as you enroll has the certificate processing instructions associated with that court.
Do you have Adobe Reader installed?
Use the link below to download Adobe Reader: Adobe Reader
If you have already installed Adobe Reader, but still can't open the attachment try saving the attachment to your pc or desktop. Then open Adobe Reader and select File, Open from the menu. Locate and open the PDF file you saved. It should open fine.
Most Florida students get their certificate via email. Barring any unforeseen technical issues your certificate is automatically emailed to the email address provided at registration within a few hours of you successfully completing the course.
- Was all of your registration information properly filled in (i.e. citation number, drivers license number)?
- Did you provide a valid email address?
- Are you checking the same email account that you gave us (i.e. hotmail vs. a work account)
If you answered Yes the questions above then you should check your spam folder/filter settings. Your certificate is an attachment, sometimes our email gets caught there.
If you selected a different expedited shipping method – such as Priority Mail or overnight delivery then your certificate is printed and shipped no later than the next business day after you successfully complete the course.
If you can open the certificate in Adobe Reader and view it properly, but it won't print then you need to update your printer driver. Pretty much all printer manufacturers have updated drivers available online for free downloading. Once you update your printer driver the certificate should print correctly.
You may make your payment online by using a credit card or a bank debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you are uncomfortable submitting your payment online, you can contact our customer support representatives at 800-660-8908.
You must complete all phases of the approved curriculum in order to receive a certificate of completion. Any time missed must be made up. The school is prohibited from issuing a certificate of completion if the student has not met all the requirements for course completion and a student shall not accept a certificate under such circumstances.
All refunds will be mailed out or credited back to the credit card that was used within 10 days following receipt of a permissible request for a cancellation. Any requests must be made prior to the issuance of the completion certificate for ANY reason.
4 Hour Basic Driver Improvement Course:
We report directly to the State DMV (that's how we get a certificate number) but it is your responsibility to make sure the Clerk of the Court in the County where you got your ticket gets a copy and updates the Court records. Your certificate has 3 sections, two copies of your certificate and the bottom section provides the Court information (based on the County you told us you got your ticket in). Be sure to send one copy of the certificate into the Court – and it would not hurt to follow up with them to make sure your records are properly updated (because if they are not, your license could be suspended and you could face additional fines/fees).
